PLAY-BY-PLAY | BILL MOORE'S REVIEW:
3:19 - First Impression: I just love that five pepper blend – Serranos, Habanero, Ancho Chile Peppers, Jalapenos and Arbol Chiles just giving it a nice complete flavor profile. Just go ahead and check this color out guys ( Bill shows closeup of bottle ).
Look at the color and the consistency. I love the color and consistency. See how [the sauce] kind of coats the bottom there because of the hemp oil.
3:50 - Smell Test: Alright, let’s go ahead and get right into this: Hemp Hottie Sauce. Probably one of the most unique sauces that I have ever smelled or tasted. It’s got a nice aroma to it. It’s got the tang from the vinegar just a little bit. It has very unique smells, I have not smelled anything like this. But it has a nice earthy, nice seedy type of aroma to it and it’s just really unique.
4:20 - Chayote Discussion: First off, what the heck is a chayote? Have you ever heard of that? It’s also known as a Mexican Pear Squash. I know that Mexicans cook with that a lot.
It’s like a summer squash known by different names in different parts of the world. And I believe it is very creative and unique that [Gourmete Hemp Foods] uses that in their hot sauce. Giving [the sauce] some body, giving it some filler.
5:06 - Taste Test: And here we go ( Bill pours some Hemp Hottie Sauce on spoon and enjoys a mouthful )
Hmm. Really, really delicious guys! Immediately you get that flavor you get from the aroma. Then it nicely coats your mouth with a nice burn that completely goes all over the mouth nice and evenly. It’s just really awesome.
It has something to do with the five pepper blend, but not only that, the hemp oil just kind of carries the flavor profile of the peppers all over the mouth. It’s very kind of nutty, earthy, peppery. Super, super delicious and very, very healthy for you.
6:32 - Food Combinations: First thing I did was I had it on some steak and eggs. This is more like prime rib and eggs because I had some leftover from Christmas Dinner. That was amazing. Super, super delicious.
I also had some ‘Hemp Hottie Chicken Wings’ and it was just super, super delicious.
7:00 - Heat Scale: Heat on [the Hemp Hottie Sauce] I think I would give it a low four out of ten. Once again it has a nice earthy, spicy, savory blend of all those peppers. Once again utilizing serranos, ancho chiles, habaneros, jalapenos, and arbol to give it a nice complete burn. Super super delicious. I highly recommend you check this one out guys at www.gourmethempfoods.com
