Hemp Honey BBQ Sweet Potato Tacos

Your taste buds will be pleasantly surprised by the combination of sweet potatoes tacos topped with a Hemp Honey BBQ Mango salsa. These are not only filling but sweet potatoes are packed with nutrition life fiber and essential amino acids.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Bottle Hemp Honey BBQ
  • 3 Mid-Sized Sweet Potatoes
  • Cinnamon & Chile Spice
  • Mini Soft Corn Tortillas
  • Cold-pressed Olive Oil
  • 1 Mid-sized Red Onion
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepperd
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1 Large Mango

DIRECTIONS

Dice up your sweet potatoes, onion, and one orange bell pepper. Heat olive oil and lightly fry the onion and bell peppers before throwing in the sweet potatoes. Cook the potatoes until soft. Add a chile and/or all spice for seasoning. Cover and stir periodically until there's a consistent mash.

To prepare the Hemp Honey BBQ Mango Salsa dice up on large mango and one/two freshly picked jalapeno peppers. In a large skillet with olive oil cook the mango and peppers until soft. Add cinnamon for complimentary flavor. Pour a half bottle of Hemp Honey BBQ sauce into the pan and cook until honey begins to carmalie.

Serve the taco in gluten free corn tortillas. Serve two spoonful of sweet potatoes and one spoonful of salsa. Should serve 12-18 vegetarian tacos.
